1. What is the minimum spend for an order?

A minimum spend of SGD20 is required in order to confirm an order. If the order is SGD40 and above CE Porter offers free pick-up and delivery service. A transportation fee of SGD10 will be charged if the spend is below SGD40. You can still contact CE Porter Hotline 8613 9583 for laundry pick-up if the minimum spend is less than SGD20.


2. How can I arrange for my laundry collection and return?
A collection schedule can be made through our online booking or Whatapps 8613 9583.


3. What is the turnaround time for a job order?

CE Porter will deliver your cleaned laundry at the 3rd to 5th working day of your order collection. The delivery time slot will be similar as that of the collection. Turnaround time during peak season (e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year etc) may have an extension. Please take note there is no delivery on weekend and Public holiday. 


If you need to have your cleaned laundry back within 24 hours do inform us when you place your order. The order cut off time to have your cleaned laundry within the same day will be 10am. Otherwise, the item(s) will be delivered on the next working day. Do take note there will be 2x charge to your total spend.


4. What are the payment modes for the laundry service?
Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • By credit card at the end of your order
  • By either cash or PayNow when your items are picked up from our friendly representative.

Can my order be rescheduled during the pick-up or delivery time slot?
If a reschedule is required after a pick-up or delivery time slot is confirmed you need to inform CE Porter as soon as possible before the confirmed time slot. If CE Porter receives the notification and manages to reschedule the pick-up or delivery there will not be incurred charge for transportation.


6. What will happen when there is a failed delivery attempt for delivery?
Prior to the delivery you will receive a reminder from CE Porter. When arriving at the location for delivery and no one is present to receive the items our friendly representative will attempt to contact you. If our representative is not able to contact you he/she will wait at your location for 5 to 10 minutes. A transportation charge of SGD10 will be charged when we do not receive your response after attempting to contact you. This imposed transportation charge will not apply when the delivery is late or not within the communicated time slot. 


7. Is CE Porter able to help to remove stains from my laundry?
CE Porter will try its best effort to remove stains upon customer request. We do need customer understanding that complete removal may not be always possible and it will be at customer's risk.
